How: Forms were sent home with interim report cards on March 11th. Just fill out the form and send it back in with your child on April 12th and 13th.
When: April 12th and 13th during non-academic free time (lunch, study hall, flex period)
Why: A portrait taken in a more casual, expressive style than the traditional photographs taken in the fall. Students can dress down or up, wear a sports uniform, school colors, Easter clothes, etc. The portrait backgrounds are more contemporary with a 3/4 length pose.
Bonus #1: Portraits will be available for Mother’s Day! What a great gift for mom and grandmom* Bonus #2: Lifetouch has agreed to give the PTA $2.00 for every child who just sits for the portrait, whether or not you purchase a package, to help support the “Arts in Education” programs.
That means we could raise over $1,400 if every child just sits for the portrait!
*How to Get your Photos:
A proof sheet and order form are delivered to the school approximately two-three weeks after Portrait Day. Your family will have about 10 days to view the proof sheet and make your purchase decision. An order form and payment envelope are provided so your cash or check can be enclosed and returned to your child’s teacher. Portrait packages are delivered to the school approximately three weeks after you return your order form.
