8th Grade Ceremony and Class Night – June 17th
The PTA and the school staff have been hard at work to make the evening very special. The next planning meeting is scheduled for May 25th at 7:00 p.m.
Photos Wanted
It has been a tradition at the 8th grade class night to have a montage of photos set to music. The time to start gathering this information is now. We are asking for digital photos of your child involved in activities from the middle school years only! These can be sporting events, parties, plays, the Follies, etc. The more students in the photo the better! We will have a photo of each student in the montage and it would help us immensely for you to provide them.Please email 3 digital photos to “a_fernandez@earthlink.net” ( without the quotes). Before you attach the file, please rename the file (you should be able to use up to 250 characters with no periods, etc.) by identifying who is in the photo – for example:

We would also appreciate it if you would submit titles of favorite songs as well. We will only use songs with appropriate lyrics. We would like to have all the photos by May 13th. This is a busy time of year and we would like to complete this project well ahead of class night.
Food Item Donations Wanted
We are accepting donations for the following food and supply items: The 8th Grade Ceremony and Class Night is being held on Friday, June 17th at 7:00. The PTA and school staff have been plotting and planning to make this a very special night! Many of you have asked how you can help, perhaps you will consider donating a food related item? Simple type in your name and check the item(s) you would like to donate. Then drop off the item(s) that you signed up to bring to the Middle School Cafeteria between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17th. If you have any food related questions, contact Barbara Holland at barbara@bishophouse.com.
